Sports Specific Performance



A 6-week private training program designed for athletes who want to increase their athletic potential and perform at their best on the sports field setting you on the course towards elite high performance. 

The program runs twice a week over a 6-week training block. Broken down in two different training phases to develop optimal performance in strength, power & lean muscle mass development. Building elite athletes with unbeatable performance, transferable to the sports field.

Spaces are extremely limited to 4 people per class.
