Henry is originally from Wairarapa but moved to Australia in 2015. He started his personal training business, Henry Cameron Training, in Adelaide after moving into the city from a career on the farm. Henry has always played sports such as cricket, rugby and, squash and has always loved keeping fit and active. His favourite styles of training are HIIT and resistance but up for exploring new training techniques.
When not training, Henry is a coach at Parnell Cricket Club, and loves to get out of the city to the beach or to the farm.
