As one of London’s leading personal trainers, over the last 12 years Josh`s clientele has ranged from bankers and business leaders, to The Royal Family and London’s elite. As an authority figure in health and wellness he has held specialist positions such as the head trainer for the Tag Heuer London marathon team and a contributor to GQ magazine.
In 2016 Josh opened Method Movement, a boutique fitness studio in the heart of Chelsea to immediate industry acclaim. Method helped Josh to expand his expertise, helping a greater number of people reach their health and fitness goals and go beyond what they thought possible.
Results is his mantra. Josh specialises in full body transformations, maintainable weight loss and developing lean, toned muscle. Also, as an ex professional basketball player he has a special interest in injury rehab and prevention.
Now back in New Zealand a new journey begins. Still overseeing Method Movement but with a much lighter touch Josh is able to focus on new ventures such as the Urban Legend Games and get back to what he love`s most which is helping people daily with their health and fitness as a personal trainer at Home HQ in Auckland.
